Notification system for VRChat

This notification system that that allows you to handle connecting and disconnecting players.

What it can do?

1. It can play sounds you set on join and leaving for players.
2. It allows you to customize which sound is gonna be played for specific players.
3. It allows you to easily set sounds, because it takes only audio clip and volume. No additional audio source needed.
4. Additionally, the package have a prefab with UI, that can show the nickname of joined/left player and show sprite with it.
5. The system allows you to have 80 different sound (VRChat capacity limit for single world).
6. The UI is ready for both PC and VR.

Instructions:
Import the unitypackage into your project. Open "Nixee's Tools"-> "JoinLeaveNotifications" -> "Prefabs". There you can choose between "Notification Prefab", "PlayerJoinAndLeaveSoundHandler" and "Audio Container".

The simplest way: Put "Notification Prefab" into your project.

Here you can change icons for join and leaving and change a font if you want to. For more details see instructions.

1 — is the setting for how long in seconds your sounds will be playing. You have to fill this setting.

2 —is the setting that will play sounds for every (except special) joining and leaving players (next — Default sounds). You have to fill this setting.

3 — is the settings that controls sounds volume of the Default sounds. You have to fill this setting.

4 — is the setting that allows you to set up special players. Check this if you want to have special sounds for special someone ;)

When you check this, you should add an "Audio Container" first and then drag-and-drop it to here. Same goes with EVERY special sound you want to add.

It's actually very simple. Write the exact nickname for a special user (works with non-VRChat accounts), then set join and leaving sounds (2) and their volume (3). Then drag and drop it (look up lol).

Then save scene and you're good to go!
